Nicola Wright 

I am a qualified experienced therapist & hold an MSc in Counselling Psych.  I specialise in online therapy & working with clients suffering with: stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues and anger. I have worked extensively with clients throughout the UK & internationally with ex-pats, travellers,  digital nomads & remote workers. I have additional and extensive training in delivering therapy online and via the phone. I engage in regular professional development to keep my skills fresh and learn as much as possible to pass this on to clients.

Mindfulness training: Teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Courses with the Centre for Mindfulness at the University of Bangor: MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy). I am also trained and have experience delivering the B Mindfulness in Schools Project. 

I attend regular silent group/personal retreats & have a daily mindfulness practice.
